YES! ALL PROCEEDS OF TICKET SALES GO TO OUR NON-PROFIT SPROUT ORGANIZATION TO ENSURE ITS CULTURAL EVENTS ARE SUCCESSFUL AND ANNUAL.

TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE (LINK AT THE TOP RIGHT CORNER OF OUR WEBSITE) OR AT THE DOOR.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS CAN BE APPLIED

ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS ARE PERMITTED INTO THE CONVENTION CENTRE.

Yes, the Hamilton Convention Centre is fully accessible, offering features like direct elevator access from underground parking, wide hallways, accessible restrooms, and on-site wheelchairs, ensuring a barrier-free experience for all guests.

Hamilton Convention Centre Garage: directly connected via elevator to the Centre.

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes! Same-day re-entry is allowed. 

Do I get free admission if I wear an Ao Dai?

Yes! If you arrive wearing a traditional Ao Dai, you will receive free entry to the market. Pre-registration is not required. You must register at the door.

Do you offer student discounts?

Current students from McMaster University, Mohawk College and Columbia International College (show student ID at the door only) get $5 off their ticket price at the door. This is not applicable to online ticket sales.
